The next in our guest blogpost series is from Bread & Jam – a vibrant community that has supported over 20,000 emerging food and drink brands since 2016.

Palm PR & Digital co founder Emily has spoken at Bread & Jam’s festivals and bootcamps and is a keen supporter of the brand. The Agency will also have a presence at the Summit. We’re excited to share their announcement of the UK’s biggest plant-based food and drink summit.

Plant-based food is on a roll, and lockdown has given the sector an extra push. It’s now predicted to be worth over $100 billion by the end of the decade.

Record numbers of consumers took part in Veganuary and thousands of plant-based SKUs have already been launched in 2021. A key driver of this interest and innovation are entrepreneurial challenger brands.

With so much change afoot, we are extremely excited to announce that on the 31st March 2021, Bread & Jam will host its first Plant-Based Summit , the UK’s biggest gathering of Plant-based entrepreneurs and industry experts.

Over the course of this digital one day event, attendees will hear from over 30 industry luminaries.

The focus will be on peer-to-peer knowledge sharing, an exploration of what is driving plant-based now and tomorrow, and where plant-based pioneers should be looking for the next big opportunity.

Bread & Jam Co-Founder Jason Gibb says: “Innovative, nimble start-ups are the driving force behind the plant-based movement, and our Summit will see the UK’s biggest gathering of like-minded brands and experts sharing ideas, experiences and knowledge so we can all grow this category together.”
