Kate has over 10 years’ experience in hospitality and travel communications, specialising in restaurants and hotels. Bethany SmedleyCreative Director
Bethany is passionate about creativity, building meaningful strategic partnerships, and discovering long-lasting relationships. She has an in-depth knowledge of e-commerce, commercial objectives, and brand management. She has worked on global brands with significant cultural capital, from adidas, ASOS and BESTSELLER, and the marketplace platform Contact Creatives. This wider brand experience informs her creative campaigns in the Food, Drink, Hospitality & Travel spheres.
Charlotte CarterAccount Director
Charlotte has years of experience, working in food and drink PR across both trade and consumer campaigns. She’s passionate about food, particularly baking, and loves learning about delivering campaigns that meet her clients’ needs and executing creative ideas. She delivered an escape room for KETTLE Chips, and has headed up campaigns for supermarket brands Odysea, HYKE Gin and Guittard Chocolate. She’s worked on The Spanish Olive Festival for the Spanish Olive Board and directed a three-day food festival in Ireland for the Normandy Tourist Board.

I’ve spent the last 12 years or so working at hospitality and travel focused communications agencies in London, with a few years in Madrid too, promoting Spain as a luxury travel destination. I have been lucky enough to look after the reputations of some incredibly inspiring chefs as well as some brilliant F&B brands. It’s given me so much respect for the hospitality industry, and I’m excited to join Palm PR as client Director looking after some of the world’s best hotels, restaurants, and destinations.

Originally hailing from Australia, Clem has been lucky enough to work on some of the biggest names in the food, drink, lifestyle and entertainment sectors. She brings a wealth of knowledge executing consumer and trade campaigns, including for the likes of The Walt Disney Company, Peroni, Häagen-Dazs, Nobu Melbourne and Ardbeg Whisky. On the weekends you'll find her testing a new recipe (or seven) and hosting dinner parties for family and friends.
