Palm Expands International Hotel Portfolio with Two New Luxury Hospitality Wins
We are delighted to announce the growth of our international hospitality portfolio following two competitive pitch wins: Hovagimyan Hotels & Suites in Istanbul and Naturhotel Lüsnerhof in the Dolomites.
The appointments mark another significant milestone in Palm’s continued growth within the international luxury travel and hospitality sector, further expanding the agency’s portfolio of independent hotels and destination-led brands across Europe. Palm will lead strategic public relations activity for both properties in the UK market, focusing on brand awareness, media relations, storytelling and profile-building among key travel, luxury lifestyle and wellness audiences.
Located in the heart of Istanbul’s historic Karaköy district, Hovagimyan Hotel and Suites opened earlier this year and is a design-led boutique hotel recognised for its distinctive approach to luxury hospitality, bringing a unique experience to the city’s rich cultural heritage. The hotel is a member of the LMHW Collection and has quickly established itself as one of the city’s most exciting luxury openings.
Meanwhile, Naturhotel Lüsnerhof is one of South Tyrol’s most celebrated wellness retreats. Nestled in the Dolomites, the family-owned property is renowned for its nature-focused philosophy, sustainable architecture and award-winning wellness offering, centred around its signature “naturellness®” concept that combines wellbeing, mindfulness and connection with nature.
The wins follow a competitive review process and reflect growing demand from international hospitality brands seeking integrated communications support that combines strategic PR, influencer engagement and commercially focused storytelling.
Emily Keogh, Founder at Palm, said: “We are delighted to welcome both Hovagimyan Hotels & Suites and Naturhotel Lüsnerhof to the Palm portfolio. These are two exceptional properties with very different stories to tell, but both share a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences and a strong sense of place. As competition within luxury travel continues to evolve, authentic storytelling has never been more important, and we are excited to help elevate both brands within the UK market.”
The appointments reinforce Palm’s position as one of the UK’s leading independent hospitality communications agencies, with a growing roster of international hotel, resort and travel brands. Palm specialises in integrated communications across PR, influencer marketing, events, partnerships and digital strategy, helping brands build awareness, credibility and long-term commercial success.
