Emily Keogh founded Palm PR in 2010, read her story.
Emily Keogh is an award-winning entrepreneur, communications leader and creative strategist specialising in the global Travel & Hospitality sector, as well as Food & Drink and Property industries.
She is the Founder and Managing Director of Palm PR, the London-based consultancy she launched at just 26 years old, which has since grown into a multi-award-winning agency recognised for its results-driven, innovative approach to brand storytelling.
Under Emily’s leadership, Palm PR has become a trusted partner to many of the world’s leading hotel and hospitality brands, including Ennismore, Hyatt, and Nobu Hotels, as well as international tourism boards and destinations. Alongside this, she has overseen high-profile campaigns for leading food and drink brands – from global businesses such as General Mills and Hershey’s, to disruptive innovators like Moving Mountains and Hello Fresh – reinforcing Palm’s reputation for building category-defining communications.
Expanding her vision further, Emily launched a dedicated property division within Palm, specialising in the lifestyle residential sector, and delivering campaigns that bridge the worlds of design, travel, and luxury living.
A passionate advocate for innovation, Emily also created the Palm Academy of Disruption, an incubator within the agency dedicated to fostering new ideas, driving transformation, and nurturing the next generation of hospitality leaders. Her entrepreneurial flair and industry impact led to her being shortlisted as PRCA’s Consultancy Head of the Year, cementing her reputation as one of the UK’s most dynamic communications leaders.
Beyond her agency work, Emily is a vocal supporter of gender equality and women in business. A graduate of Cambridge University’s Newnham College, one of the university’s historic all-female colleges, she champions initiatives that empower women to achieve leadership roles in traditionally male-dominated industries.
Today, Emily continues to lead Palm PR with a vision that is strategic, creative, and international in outlook, shaping how brands and destinations connect with audiences in a competitive global market.
