Nush Helps Brits ‘Go With Their Gut’ This Spring

Leading Digital and PR agency Palm is delighted to be managing a PR campaign for Nush, the UK’s first almond yog range. Nush (www.nushfoods.co.uk) is launching a Culture Count PR campaign to help Brits enjoy the benefits of good gut health this Spring with its range of dairy-free, soya-free, protein-rich nut m*lk yogs, that contain billions of live cultures in every tub.

Nush Yoghurt in a bowl

Unlike other brands, Nush does not heat treat its yogs after production, which means it has the highest possible nutritional value and preserves the beneficial properties of its live vegan cultures. Getting live cultures into the gut in this way, supports the wellbeing of the microbiome, which can be health-enhancing.

As the nation emerges from Lockdown, it is more important than ever for individuals to look after their health. A healthy gut supports the immune system, protecting against illness. Indeed, one of the most important jobs of gut bacteria is to defend the body, with 70-80% of the immune system being in the gut.

Nush was born out of a desire to do dairy-free differently. Every pot of Nush is made with the original recipe in its UK-based artisan factory. Nush makes their own almond m*lk to control the production process and how many almonds the m*lk contains. Unlike shop-bought almond m*lk that can contain as little as 1% almond, plus many unfavourable fillers, Nush’s m*lk contains a very high percentage of almonds, and truly lives up to its name.

Nush Yogs

Nush yogs are light and creamy with a delicate and tasty flavour profile and can be enjoyed as a direct swap for dairy yoghurt, making them a staple for a number of eating occasions, whether it’s enjoyed on its own or incorporated into a dish. It can be enjoyed as a wholesome on-the go snack, as a nourishing dessert and is ideal for a satisfying breakfast to kick-start the day.

Palm’s targeted communication campaign will focus on how each pot is vegan, all-natural, comprised of whole ingredients and free from dairy, lactose, gluten, soya, preservatives, additives and refined sugar. The yogs are made with the finest almond milk, which contains up to 20% pure almonds. Nush yogs are available in six unique varieties including:

  • Natural Almond
  • Strawberry Almond
  • Raspberry Almond
  • Blueberry Almond
  • Peach Melba Almond
  • Caramel & Hibiscus Almond

The Public Relations initiatives will focus on securing press endorsement on the great taste superiority of the range and the gut health supporting nutritional’s of the range, generating positive editorial profiles and reviews in print and online media. The Nush Yog range is available nationwide at Sainsbury’s, M&S Food, Waitrose, Ocado, Booths, Planet Organic, As Nature Intended and Whole Foods Market.
