Palm at Taste of London 2025: Five Thing We Saw

With a decade and a half of experience in food, drink and hospitality, it was a joy to see so many of the brands Palm has launched to UK media over the last 15 years shining bright at this year’s Taste of London.

From Holy Moly’s guacamole truck and the vibey Duppy Share rum bar (complete with DJ), to Cocos Organic’s chilled coconut yoghurt lounge, Islands’ iced chocolate shack, Doughlicious’ blue ice cream-cookie hybrid, and Nix & Kix’s punchy drinks station — these standout, founder-led brands weren’t just present, they were centre stage.

Comfort Food, Reimagined

This year, feel-good food came with a twist. Santo Remedio’s hot tacos and Hidden Fruits’ raspberry-coated treats tapped into a clear appetite for nostalgic flavours elevated with quality, craft and care. The message? Familiarity works, but only when paired with flair.

Drinks That Delivered

Drinks weren’t just refreshment — they were a statement. Maison Mirabeau’s Rosé Spritz, standout South African wines, and Illy’s espresso martinis brought the buzz, while CANO Water kept things cool in the sun. Meanwhile, Pimm’s, Birra Moretti, Miraval, and House of Schweppes leaned into immersive, playful activations, and the new Croquet & Cocktails concept brought a distinctly social energy. Less fluff, more flavour.

Indulgence, Upgraded

From Doughlicious’ decadent cookie dough cups to Hu Kitchen and Teffie’s better-for-you bars, indulgence took on a more considered form. These brands showed that health-conscious and high-impact aren’t mutually exclusive especially when flavour leads the way.

Consistency Cuts Through

In a sea of fresh ideas, it was the returning names that drew the biggest queues. Roka, Flesh & Buns and Bone Daddies proved that consistency and quality remain the most bankable ingredients in the business
