Palm is delighted to be managing the public relations campaign for The Distillery Bankside at Hilton London Bankside, the design-led hotel and a Hilton flagship, which is launching a new weekend brunch offering: The Distillery ‘Drunch’, featuring new feasting plates of mouth-watering, small bite size dishes and bottomless drinks on its outdoor terrace for the ultimate al fresco dining experience.

Available every Saturday and Sunday from the 17th April 2021 – 16th May 2021, the new weekend brunch offering allows diners to choose one plate from a Meat, Fish or Vegetarian option, and sample a range of tasters from The Distillery Bankside’s new menu.

For just £28.00 per person, guests will be able to choose one of the feasting plates, which comes with flat bread and a choice of free flowing bubbles, red or white wine for an hour.

The Meat option includes small bites of Spanish Ham, Figs, Toasted Walnuts, Goat’s Curd & Truffle Vinaigrette, Chicken Thigh, Provencal Vegetables, Homemade Pappardelle, Tomato Vinaigrette and Pesto.

The Fish plate includes Prawns, Avocado, Pickled Baby Beetroot, Rocket, Marie-Rose Sauce, Roast Hake, Mussels, Prawns, Squid, Grilled Courgettes and Saffron Risotto. 

Whilst, the Vegetarian plate features Tomatoes, Grilled Asparagus, Mozzarella, Pesto, Shallots & Baby Leaves, Butter Beans, Baby Artichoke, Piquillo Pepper & Tomato Ragout, Humus, Chickpea and Coriander Crisps.

The new Drunch offering in the outdoor terrace is available to book for sittings at 1.00pm or 3.00pm on Saturdays and Sundays for a table up to six people. Bookings can be made by contacting the following email
