Informal and relaxed, TraTra ( is a neighbourhood bar and bistro hidden deep beneath the vibrant streets of East London.

Part of The Boundary Project, TraTra takes its name from a colloquial French term meaning a mix of the traditional with the contemporary. Incorporating this into the menu, TraTra has created a dining experience which combines traditional, rich and intense French flavours with a modern and inventive twist.

Offering dishes which have been designed to be shared, from snacks to larger plates and platters, the menu has been created by French chef and cookery writer Stéphane Reynaud, best known for his quirky mouth-watering dishes.

From early until late there is a DJ playing a suitably stylish mix of tunes from the classic to the modern – all part of the TraTra experience.
