Ember London

Ember London (www.ember.london) is a new hidden bar, dining and late night destination in Monument. It has pooled the talents of top chefs, mixologists and sommeliers to create an innovative drinking and gastronomic experience, with every dish on the menu designed to be paired with items from the extensive cocktail, sake, rare spirits and wine list.

The kitchen specialises in Asian-influenced contemporary small plates, focusing on playful and innovative Vietnamese, Singaporean and Thai dishes created by Jonathan Villar (formerly Head Chef of Peter Gordon’s Kopapa).

The dining menu has been complemented by an exciting and original cocktail list, as well as an extensive wine, sake and rare spirits menu chosen by Wine and Sake Sommelier Jean-Louis Naveilhan who was previously at Japanese Mayfair restaurant Sumosan.

Designed by award-winning founder of Scarnish Studio Ross McNally, using pieces from celebrated British designer Tom Dixon in luxurious tones of copper and teal, expect high concept interiors with an unparalleled attention to detail. Up and coming ceramics designer Maham Anjum has created a bespoke range for the venue, each piece handmade and unique.
