Love at First Bite: Boosting website sales for Choc on Choc with Harry & Meghan Chocolates

Our latest website-sales-boosting campaign for the luxury British chocolatiers Choc on Choc has been featured by Gorkana as a PR Case Study.   

In order to tap into media hype around the Royal Wedding and to support online trade, Palm PR tasked the client to create regal chocolates bearing the faces of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, which were then launched to market with innovative activations including a partnership with Harry’s Bar in London.

The Love at First Bite campaign generated 24 pieces of coverage, including features in The Sunday Telegraph, Metro Online, Daily Star, MSN, Hello! and new! magazine. In total, this reached a combined audience of 129,050,525 people.

Throughout the campaign, both traffic on the Choc on Choc website and online sales increased by 10% and 24% year-on-year respectively.
