If you’re a bright and ambitious individual looking to start out in the world of Public Relations, then we want to hear from you!

Our Internship Programme is designed to give participants thorough training through a three stage course that builds the integral skills required for a successful career in the industry.

Throughout their placement, interns shadow and support a member of the Palm PR team, receiving on-the-job training from their mentor and the agency as a whole.

The agency offers three distinct training programmes: one for public relations, one for social media and one for design and visual creation.

PR interns will work with either the hospitality or brand division, working with the teams to develop skills in seven key areas:

  • Creativity
  • Writing
  • Team Work
  • Project Management
  • Press Relations
  • Social Media
  • Professional Presentation

Those undertaking the social media internship programme will work with the digital division, receiving training in seven key areas:

  • Content Creation
  • Content Scheduling
  • Community Management
  • Analytics
  • Team Work
  • Maximising Trends
  • Image Sourcing & Auditing 

Those undertaking the design and visual creation internship programme will work within the digital division, securing experience in seven key areas:

  • Videography
  • Photography
  • Location shooting
  • Graphic design
  • Animation
  • Creative direction
  • Image Sourcing & Auditing
